Located in the historic town of Belvedere-Tiburon in Marin County, CA, this modern seaside cottage overlooks the San Francisco Bay and is nestled among old growth Live Oaks. This project was a major remodel on a small lot which required deftly navigating complex approvals and permitting required by the town of Belvedere. Project currently under construction.
